Following the hall further into the floor, there is an enormous spectacular rustic kitchen that features its own fireplace and is equipped with both retro and modern appliances ideally fused together, conveying a homey ambiance. Additionally, there is a small toilet, as well as an elevator that provides access to all three levels of the house.On the same level, there is a magnificent garden with a stone-wall BBQ, two patio dining tables, a patio lounge and a majestic pool, all ready to host your special moments with the most breath-taking view of the shimmering sea.

Underground Floor:

This floor is an entire new apartment on its own. It features a spacious fashionable kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and a four-seated dining table blended with a small cinema hall with home cinema facilities. Further on, the floor features a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a shower and laundry facilities, and one master bedroom with a queen-bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The floor has access to two different covered parking spots making it easily accessible from three different points.

First Floor:

The first floor consists of a double bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a share bathroom with a shower.

All external surrounding areas are monitored by a CCTV system in order to ensure the property’s and guests’ safety.
**The house is allotted solely for stays. Parties, gatherings, events of any kind, professional photoshoots and unregisterred guests are strictly forbidden.
